Cardio Arena

Strength Floor
The Strength Floor houses a comprehensive collection of Life Fitness selectorized machines and Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment. Whether you're a beginner learning the fundamentals or an advanced athlete pursuing peak performance, the Strength Floor has everything you need.
The weight areas are positioned facing the ASB floors with glass views, keeping you connected to the energy of the arena while you train.

Functional Zone
The Functional Zone is the heartbeat of athletic performance training at Apex Life Club. A massive green turf training lane runs the length of the zone, flanked by Hammer Strength power racks with Olympic platforms and a full array of functional training tools.
This is where athletes train like athletes — prowler sled pushes, battle rope conditioning, agility ladder drills, and heavy compound lifts all in one purpose-built environment facing the ASB courts.

Heated Studio
The Heated Studio is maintained at 95–105°F with controlled humidity, creating the ideal environment for hot yoga, pilates, and heated bootcamp classes. The warmth allows for deeper stretches, increased flexibility, and enhanced calorie burn — transforming every session into a full-body detox.
Premium non-slip flooring, mirrored walls, and professional-grade heating systems ensure every class is a premium experience. Towels and mat rentals are available at the front desk.
